I've only been taking it for 5 days. Yes, it is stronger that the Egyptian. I don't find it to be a problem. I just pour the oil into a teaspoon and throw it as far back in my throat as possible, then follow with a little bit of honey. So far so good. If all the claims about black seed oil are true, then I should be feeling some results soon.

I was recently diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis, and was not comfortable with putting those medicated creams on my face on a daily basis. I decided to try something natural, and my research led me to pomegranate seed oil. After my toner, I rub on a few drops, and calms the irritation...my skin loves it.
