Exchange Policy
We appreciate your purchase of our east African shea butter, African black soap, and other great products. Our hope is that our website and customer service can give you enough information to make a purchase that is suitable to your skin type and liking. If for any reason, however, you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly exchange it for another product of equal value (or for the difference) if you notify us within ten days of receiving your product.
Our products are of the highest quality ingredients and oils, such as mongongo oil, black seed oil, nilotica shea butter, and marula oil. Our ingredients are frequently flown in fresh from Africa. In order to ensure you get a fresh product, we make our products in small batches. With all of the safety precautions we take, if for some reason you still receive a defective product, we will gladly send you a replacement at no cost to you.
Simply return the product and include a note of what you would like to exchange it with inside the box. A reason for the exchange is not necessary; however, your feedback does help us to improve our products.
