We use the crystals from the nectar of coconut flowers to provide skin with a rich source of glycolic acid and exfoliation. The rare, cold pressed Shea Nilotik' Shea Butter from Uganda is high in vitamin E and plant sterols. It softens and soothes skin during the exfoliation process. There is often no need for a moisturizer after exfoliation with our special formula. However, Shea Nilotik' 20% Shea Butter Lotion can seal in moisture. Why Sustainable Coconut Sugar? Stories about the deforestation of tropical homes to species such as orangutan often make headlines. What doesn't make headlines is that sugar cane causes deforestation and loss of wild life habitat. Coconut sugar is a unique form of sugar that people have been producing for thousands of years. Before the flowers produce coconuts, they produce a nectar which is collected and processed into crystals. 

Why Shea Nilotik' Shea Butter? Unlike West African shea butter, Uganda's premium shea butter is never boiled or fried. This mill pressed shea butter does not require the hours of arduous work that it takes to produce West African shea butter. The women sell their nuts to the mill. It is estimated the women in Uganda get four times the money for collecting wild shea nuts as the women get in West Africa for their hand made shea butter.

Wet skin. Using a spoon, take out needed amount of scrub. Place scrub onto skin and massage into skin adding a little bit of water at a time to increase creaminess. Take time to exfoliate into skin. Rinse well and pat dry.

The best scrub

This one is better than the chocolate scru lb which can be hard to spread evenly on wet skin.
This one is soft in texture, very moist and not lumpy. Spreads easily and evenly on the skin with a touch of water on the skin. So it can be used out of the shower snd easily washes off in the shower to reveal amazing polished soft skin. I only scoop it with one finger. With the chocolate scrub I had to use three fingers because it is thick and pasty. So get this one. It is so much better.

Holy scrub..

I stopped using body scrubs years ago. I found that the consistency was either always too runny, where you lose most of the product down the drain; or too course, where I was experiencing sensitivities and dryness from too much exfoliation. I’m so thrilled I tried this one out - it’s perfect! Hydrating, effective exfoliation, excellent consistency - not too thick or thin. It’s also the only scrub that hasn’t made my eczema burn! They use enough of the frankincense that it has a strong aroma for you to really smell and enjoy in the shower; but not so strong where it’s giving me headaches. It’s a perfectly balanced scrub! I’m in my 30s with very dry skin and a compromised immune system, so I experience some challenges with my skin. I think the frankincense (along with the rest of the goodness in here) is very healing for me.. especially in combo with other Shea Terra moisturizers. After a short time of using this And the frankincense butter, I’m seeing and feeling an overall soothing / healing on my trouble spots. I just bought another to get me through the summer. You all are the best! I am such a loyal fan, everyone needs to try this company out!

I love this body scrub

I love this body scrub! It cleansed my skin like a dream. The coconut sugar granules are so fine that they make for the perfect scrub. The smell is wonderful, which makes for a great bathing experience. I even used it as a face scrub, which yielded great results as well!!!
